CONCEPT

Connecting the ideals of the Flower Expo with the future,
committed to establishing a hub to enhance local charm.

花博の理念を未来
地域の魅力向上に貢献する拠点

The International Flower and Greenery Exposition, known as Flower Expo, was held in 1990 with the aim of capturing the relationship between flowers, greenery, and human life, under the theme of coexistence of nature and humanity, and striving to create a rich society filled with vitality for the 21st century. The venue for this exposition was the Tsurumi Ryokuchi Flower Expo Commemorative Park a vast 122-hectare site that is loved by people of all generations in the local community as a place where you can enjoy abundant flowers and greenery throughout the year.

Our new establishment is located by the side of the central pond in the park, surrounded by flowers, greenery, and water, and enveloped in sunlight.
In using this symbolic location in the park, we, Clef du Reve have chosen to open a botanical-themed café and restaurant, BOTANICAL HOUSE, to carry on the spirit of the Flower Expo and to promote a more sustainable future.

With the concept of creating a comfortable space that feels like gathering under a large tree, we have prepared a menu that includes herbs, colorful edible flowers, seasonal fruits, and fresh vegetables in abundance. Our dishes and sweets are created in collaboration with the chefs and pastry chefs of Tsurumi no Mori Guest House, which we operate within the park (the guest house during the Flower Expo), ensuring that you can enjoy high-quality offerings in a casual manner.

Furthermore, going forward, we are preparing menus featuring special honey harvested in the park, as well as barbecue and beer gardens on the terrace, takeout options for picnics in the park, and unique afternoon teas with surprises.
We will propose projects to bring happiness to the community in each season, while preserving nature. Furthermore, we aim to contribute to the revitalization of the local community by encouraging visits to the park and enhancing its appeal.
